I took my mom and my partner's mom to get their make-up done, and my hair and make-up done for my 10-year anniversary celebration. Charlee did my hair-- I wanted beach wave, natural curls--and she was wonderful! I was nervous getting my hair professionally done (I rarely do it, except for bridesmaid hair) but she put me at ease, and I had fun! She was easy to talk to, and of course I loved my hair!! Marissa did our make-up, and I could tell our moms had fun spending time with her too. I had a reference photo for her, and she nailed the bronzey, gold tones look I wanted. Our professional photos turned out great, and I'm most happy that our moms had a good time. Thanks again Charlee and Marissa! :)

Made an appointment For 2 weeks out, was called at 9am on a Sunday because they had questions and wanted to make sure they slotted the right amount of time for me(no problem there) when I called back at 11:30am the same day I was told they didn’t hear back from my so they cancelled my appointment, sooooo yeah I won’t be going ever, really poor customer service, pretentious and down right unreasonable to expect someone to call back within 2-3 hours in a Sunday morning or appt gets cancelled that’s 2 weeks out, guy I spoke to said “I left several messages” ummmm 1 call and 1 text does not equate to “several” messages so many good salons to choose from, pass on this one I’ll go elsewhere
