This was my first time at Birch Salon and I scheduled a haircut with Amanda. She was so friendly and welcoming and I knew I would be walking out with a cut I loved. She layered my hair beautifully and even my husband mentioned this was the best haircut I've ever been given- I totally agree! I will definitely be back! Thank you Amanda (and congratulations on your new Baby Girl making her debut for Christmas)!

i had a horrible first time "experience" with this place. i just moved into the area decided to give it a try. made an appointment and it ended up getting canceled because the girl was sick which is understandable. days later im pulling into the parking lot for my rescheduled appointment and they call to cancel it again 6 minutes before the appointment started which was completely messed up to cancel only 6 minutes before. next day i go in and the lady told me she didn't have enough time to do what i wanted when i had told them what i wanted over the phone, they gave me NO solutions other than to make ANOTHER appointment. i felt like i should of been a priority after being canceled on twice especially when they canceled 6 minutes before. i definitely think they should of found the time for me as ive been trying to get my hair done now for two weeks.
