Fine until delivery took 45 minutes. Called and talked to manager. He said it would be another 15 minutes. I told him that was unacceptable and he is replied I am the manager and I would not do anything if I was just an employee. I responded with finally I would contact the home office and inform them. He didn't care. My bill was $41+. One of the pizzas was fine while the other a thin crust sausage, onion, ham missing the ham and burnt 🔥. Will not use this domino's again. 👎👎

For 3 or 4 years I got domino's delivery and was always happy with the price, taste, and time it took to deliver. The most recent time, about a month ago I had to wait 1 hour and 40 minutes for two two topping medium pizzas. I called in to see if it was forgotten or what, and I was told that there was at the time only one worker in the building, handling both cooking and delivery. Obviously times are tough right now but at that point it is just irrational to even stay open if you only have one employee running cooking, quality checks and delivery. Food was needless to say room temperature when I got it. Still not 1 star because at the end of the day atleast I got my food lol

Very nice staff, woefully undermanned! 2 people and a driver wasn't enough. Followup: I was there last night. Better staffing. A quite elderly lady walked in with what appeared to be $12 in cash, wanting to buy a carry out special $7.99 3 topping pizza like I was. They punched it in and said it'd be over $17. She said she didn't have that much and asked to see a menu. Supposedly, they don't have a menu with prices. I told them she wanted the carryout special like I got. They said it was for online orders only. I was about to place her order using my phone, when an employee said he would let her place the order using the carryout price. Is Domino's purposely taking advantage of their walk-in customers and or the elderly who don't or can't order online? Besides pharmacies, what business can't tell you the price until after they punch in your order?

1st On the tracker they have it saying Brandon was making my pizza. Come to find out nope he is days, I spent 43$ to get 2 pizzas extremely under cook. I call the store to speak with " Brandon ", but I spoke with the Manager that was there he asked if I want all my money back or some of it..... really!!! I told him all yes all my money I didn't want to spend 43$ on 8 wings. It's funny that they are sending someone to pick up the pizza. I did take pictures of the hot mess that they call pizza just incase I have to call corporate.
