Worst transportation service in Phoenix area save yourself headache and being left at your Medical appointment for hours while you Atempt to call the service for a trip home .I got a ride 45 min to phoenix Arizona to residential neighborhood not my MRI Appointment now I no show for that sitting back at MRI Doctors waiting on a ride home over 4 hours now in sun waiting on ride I can't walk... Sad

Horrible insurance! No doctors! No dentist! Why even bother trying to get medical attention no one takes this insurance! What a joke of a health care system! Feel sorry for Employees. God Bless them for trying to help us. People can be dying and need serious medical attention no one will help. What is it going to take ?

My doctors are good but medical transportation is in serious need of an overhaul. I really appreciate the service. However, no ride dispatched until I call (already scheduled)and sit on hold for 30+ minutes. It's stressful.

My fiancee worked for this joke of a company for a little over a year. When she first started, she received tons of praises in regards to her work ethics. They even volunteered her for projects that included longer hours PLUS working weekends because of her reliability. But as soon as she had to tend to her own medical needs per doctors’ orders, they began to treat her differently using ridiculous tactics in attempt to FALSELY attack her work performance. Their motive was to terminate her, but was unsuccessful due to HER accepting a better position with a different company. I would NOT recommend being insured nor employed by this company. Their level of care for their employees is nonexistent, so i cant imagine how they treat their members.

If you have ahcccs than look in back of your card for the health choice number. If you call it, you can give them your zip code and they will look for the nearest ones near your house. You can also choose whether you want a Male or female or if you prefer they speak a certain language, they can even help with that.
