The guy whose made my pizza the past two times I’ve been here has always made it SO good, I’m addicted I think!! He’s always super nice and I always get good customer service. It’s much appreciated after a long day. Thank you!

It’s nice, right down the street from me, but lately they have carried out (Pun!) poor quality. There’s barely any toppings on the pizza. Last time their tracker was not accurate and I had to wait 20 minutes at the location after I waited an hour at home…How hard is it to put a generous amount of sausage and mushrooms on a medium pizza??!! They bloat the pizza with cheese and dough. They’re definitely out to make a profit and screw the customer. Valentino’s, here I come..

They messed up my order two times. I ordered two toppings pizza and have it delivered. When I got the pizza, it had only one topping and it was not the one I ordered. Because it was the first time and it was not the fault of the driver, I let it go. Last Friday I ordered a pizza and picked it up. When I opened I noticed this order was also messed up. I was not able to return it because I was already far away and I had to trash it. I immediately called and told them the issue. The person on the phone said he will refund me the cost of the pizza and offered a free pizza next time I ordered. But I still havent received my refund and when I called to order the free pizza they said they dont know anything about a free pizza. I am now calling the bank to get my money back and I am not going to this store again.

Came here to leave a terrible review about the customer service I received tonight and it appears I'm not alone. We've always had a decent experience here until tonight. I showed up to pick up my small order within the time frame given and was told they were just putting it in the oven. Fine, no problem people are short handed right now. Came back 15 minutes later to pick it up and had to ring the doorbell 4 times (I could hear it ringing I know they could too) with no response. Waited ten minutes at the window (while watching the young man fold boxes) and finally knocked on the window. I was looked at like I was the one in the wrong. This was 45 minutes now after my order was supposed to be ready. I asked if they could do anything to make it right and was offered a free 20 oz soda. No thanks, just lost another customer.
