⚠️ WARNING⚠️ DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU, THEY'RE VERY RUDE, LACK COMPASSION, YOUR FUR BABY MAY PASS AWAY AFTER PICKING THEM UP & THEY WILL DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT WHEN CONFRONTED!! They failed me by telling me my dog was fine and ready for pick up. I get there to pick up my baby, like normal they come out explain the paperwork for procedures done. I asked a couple more reassuring questions and received great answers. Only for my baby to pass away a few days later! I look on the app and I seen important information about my dog they failed to tell me. I called them and confronted them about his passing due to the information to which they claimed it wasn’t seen as a medical emergency but LOW BLOOD PLATELETS AMONGST A FEW OTHER THINGS, WHICH SEEMS TO BE PRETTY IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO KNOW. IF I HAD KNOW THAT INFORMATION MY BABY WOULD STILL BE HERE TODAY! What really triggered me was after that phone call I went back on the app and the whole profile was gone EVERYTHING WAS DELETED. SEEMS LIKE THEY KNEW THEY MESSED UP SOMEWHERE and TRIED TO GET RID OF THE EVIDENCE WHICH LED TO THE CONFRONTING OF BANFIELD!

We found a kitten and were not ready financially to take care of it. The staff at Banfield, especially Katie, were understanding and really went far and beyond to help us. Yes the free visit is marketing to get people in the door and yes they went through the costs with us, but after that, they understood our situation and really went to bat for us. I can't say enough wonderful things about how we were treated.... A+

All the staff are super friendly. If you have any concerns about treating your pet they take the time to help you through the process. I recently started taking my puppy here and I'm glad they're close and reliable.

Was able to wait while the vet saw our little fur babies. The counter people were plolite and courteous. Only wish they had a little more help at the desk as it takes forever to speak with anyone when trying to call.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
