I love their services and quality products! Not to mention their affordable and I always leave feeling fabulous. Great place for the whole family. I bring my teenage son for regular facials with me. My younger boys for haircuts. I've brought my niece for a cut and vibrant color and she can't wait to show off her new look at school.

Way too little supervision of what students are doing. My stylist was really nice and I think she is good, but my hair is extremely thick and cannot be given a “one size fits all” cut. I asked for a certain length and the starting snips were already too short. Then one side was shorter than the other by the end, and they had to cut the rest shorter to match. Now my extremely thick hair is extremely poofy and I’m going to suffer through this style for months of grow-out. The hair educators should have taken more time reviewing my hair and explaining to the student stylist how to handle different types of hair. Won’t be back.

This is an overdue review but needed to be posted. Hairdressers are there for all occasions...sometimes the best like weddings and sometimes the hardest like the visit I am posting about. I lost my mom very unexpectedly the beginning of January. I needed to get in before her celebration of life. When I sat in the chair Abby M. was the angel who was there to assist with pulling at least my hair together. I was holding it together as best as I could and Abby could not have been sweeter. With the supervisor Olivia, who I have been fortunate enough to work with before was super gentle and very understanding when I explained why I was there. It takes a special person (or in this case people) to handle a client when sadness enters their life. A HUGE thank you to Olivia and Abby M. for making that day a memorable one with compassion and heart!

After my visit yesterday afternoon, Aveda Institute in Brandon will be my first choice over any boutique salon going forward. The students are incredibly professional and knowledgeable and I am blown away by the services I received. Came in for a simple cut, but ended up spending an evening there as I realized how unbeatable the prices were for additional services. Instructors Tracy and Heather were absolutely charming as well as the instructor in the Esthiology center. Savannah worked on my hair and brought it back to good health, and Vanessa provided well needed relief through facial and massage. It is a lovely place to spend your afternoon/evenings, it actually made me reconsider my profession.
