I was taking my dog for chemo treatment and on 2 different times I called and left a message. On Friday August 5 2022 at 2/3 pm I called and left another message that my dog was not eating, lethargic, diarrhea and breathing shallow. I waited for their call to see what I should do. He was treating for cancer and chemo. They never called back. At 11:30 pm my Caleb went to the rainbow bridge. I don’t know why he died because NOBODY CALLED ME BACK!! The front office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Very slacking and uncaring. And very irresponsible. The dr who was treating my Caleb was awesome. The vet techs were great. The office staff sucks and should be fired. Better vetting of staff should be implemented!!!!! Caleb was my baby. This is him after he passed.

They offer good service only drawback is that they make you pay upfront before they can do any procedures on your pet which is the last thing anyone wants to think about when it's an emergency. I was told by someone that works at Parkway veterinary emergency clinic that Fetch was cheaper than they were. They looked at my dog Luna in December when my vet was booked up for a month, I thought she had a broken foot turned out to be just a sprained shoulder.

They were Amazing! Had to bring in my cat for emergency surgery due to blocked bladder. My regular vet had referred us to fetch because they could not take care of him over night. And had called them so they would be ready for us and him as soon as we came in. Office is clean and beautiful, awesome friendly staff. We called to check on him multiple times and we're allowed to visit if needed. They were very polite on phone and resured us that he was in good hands and healing wonderfully.

This is an overdue review, I should have done it months ago. This place is awesome! We decided to go to Fetch when our vet couldn’t find out what’s going on with our baby Amber after all the tests and medication they prescribed. On our first visit, Dr.Hogan immediately diagnosed that she has tumors! It was a very heartbreaking moment for us but everyone from Dr.Hogan herself to her amazing techs helped us with every step we have to take. Yes we had to do lots of test and yes it was expensive, but as a pet parents it is our responsibility to do anything needed for our pets, but at fetch you get the best service and that’s what you are paying for! Dr.Hogan is a rock star and we owe our baby’s life to her, she treats Amber as if she’s her own pet, she cares about her patients a lot and goes above and beyond for them. We recommended this hospital to anyone who is looking for a great doctor and great service.

How was your assessment of this clinic

It was pretty expensive, more than I expected. $700 just to stabilize my cat, but it was an emergency situation (he was hit by a car). Any treatment after that costs more money. But besides that, the staff was very kind, informative and seemed to genuinely care about my pet. Even asked me to keep them updated after he left. If you can afford it I would definitely recommend taking your pet there. Although like I said, very expensive. $3,200 for medication in case he had brain swelling, antibiotics and ointment for a laceration on the eye. Oh & some pain meds. He had a hairline fracture on his jaw but not much could be done abt that. They did seem to take very good care of my kitty, but kept him longer than I felt necessary. Wow I just read over that and I seem really shallow & concerned about the money. Let me clarify a little bit it wasn't actually my cat, but one that came to my yard often enough for me to start feeding him & cuddling and apparently loving him . He's an inside cat now.
