such a cute store and very well priced. I bought a large leather tote that im so pleased with, the quality has been excellent so far and the employees were super helpful and friendly. The store held the bag for a hours while i considered it and were accommodating during the process by finding me other sizes and colors in the back. The 'almost perfect' and 'unicorn' sections of the store are also really cool.

I got these as an early birthday present from my boyfriend. They are perfect!!! I own a small tote and a wallet from Portland Leather goods which are at least five years old and they still look great. I look forward to enjoying these new ones for a very long time. The large new Tote is very sturdy and I love that it has a zipper, it will keep my things secure. The small purse and wallet are so soft and supple, and by the way they are from the less than perfect sale. To me they are just perfect, and looks lovely.

I want to leave 5 stars not just for the bag itself (which I LOVE), but also for the fantastic customer service I received! I initially bought a laptop backpack in cold brew in December 2021. In March of 2021, I accidentally stepped on one of the strap buckles, and it broke. I emailed customer service asking if I could get a replacement buckled sent to me. They responded quickly, and instead of just sending me the part, they covered shipping the bag back to them for repair. I boxed up the backpack and sent it to them, and received it back less than two weeks later, good as new. I am thrilled with this level of customer service! The bag itself is also just beautiful, holds everything I need it to, and is very sturdy (as long as you don’t, you know, step on it 🤦🏼‍♀️). I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company.

I have a huge complaint! They call their product "Almost Perfect". They should call it "ABSOLUTELY PERFECT"!! Get it right people!! I bought a wallet and bag. The quality is amazing. I am a Quality Control Supervisor in my working world so to say that I am picky is putting it mildly. I went over both items with a very critical eye and WOW, couldn't find a single stitch or blemish that wasn't perfect. One of my co-workers received her bag for Christmas and I loved it. I looked at the website and going against my normal judgement I decided to go with the "Almost Perfect" category. Don't hesitate!! Portland Leather Goods is AWESOME!!!
