Rudest clerk ever and she’s the manager! Christina needs some customer service training. I will NEVER go there again! So rude! She even laughed at me when I was so flustered. One other customer walked out based on how rude she was to me. Another told me another place to go so I wouldn’t have to come back here! Trust me, I will NEVER use them again! The other people in line were as shocked as I was. It was so awful!

I don’t normally like to post negative reviews but they sure deserve one. I pack all my items, tape the box closed, and already have a label applied anytime I drop off a package. Literally all they need to do is scan the label and print me a receipt. You would think I asked them to explain the meaning of the universe! Impolite, rude, and downright hateful. There are other jobs out there for these people if they hate it that much but it’s definitely not in customer service. This is all the employees I’ve encountered. No exceptions. Must be part of their ongoing training. Horrible, just horrible service.

Absolute joke of customer service. I tried to return a amazon package and they refused to return it for me unless I purchased a box from them to ship it even though I showed them the email from Amazon saying they would package and ship it at the store. Whoever helped me was so rude. She even told me Amazon was wrong and they don't do stuff like that lol
