The Quad offers the best student housing in Corvallis! It’s so close to OSU and downtown Corvallis, less than a mile from campus. They have added so many new amenities and offer roommate matching, which really makes for a great living experience. Great place to live, amazing resident events. The Quad has it all!

Hi Destiny, yes, The Quad offers four bedroom, four bathroom apartments with private bedrooms and bathrooms!
Hi Megan, The Quad is pet friendly! Two pets are allowed per apartment home. Breed restrictions do apply. We collect a pet deposit of $300 per pet. Monthly pet rent is $25 per pet.
