Love this clinic and it's staff of Doctors and the rest of the staff. Good people, kind people

They are now charging patients up to $350 to reschedule appointments within 24 hrs. Ask if greed in the US medical system wasn't bad enough as it is.

This place has 1 great doctor who is retiring and everyone else there is a complete joke and liars. The first doctor they gave us couldn't actually take anyone's insurance for the better part of a year so we had to go to whoever was available. We've been misdiagnosed 4 times in a row and eventually sent to a dermatologist for another issue. We've been rejected for routine vaccinations after being told no appointment was needed to come in and have those done. We've given them time after time of opportunities to do better and they fail us consistently between 4 separate patients in our family who have had very minimal medical needs over the past two years. Will be moving elsewhere and would recommend new patients beware, you will be disappointed at every turn.

I have happily been a patient of Angie here for several years. I have always felt very comfortable with her and I feel listened to. The front desk staff is always courteous and friendly. Would absolutely recommend this clinic

Drs. Quiner, Smith and NP Steele Schlauderaff are accepting new patients. You can apply to be a patient on our Website
CFM handles medical care for established patients only. Urgent care clinics or WVT Laboratories would be your best bet for an urgent need like this. If you're interested in becoming a patient at CFM, you can fill out an application on the Forms link in their Patient Center page.
CFM does not. There is a Samaritan clinic in albany that does offer it.
We bill most insurance plans, including that one. However, we only have a contract with MODA Commercial plans, no Moda Medicare Supplement plans. As such we would be considered out of network and any charges from CFM may result in higher out of pocket expenses for you.
