What a great place to pick blueberries! This is a very large farm with so many varieties to pick from that they usually have several varieties open for picking into mid to late August. I picked Ruble and Chandler blueberries on July 28th. The bushes were absolutely loaded so picking was fast and easy. They also offered Blue Crop, Legacy, and Toro - all of which were loaded. There is plenty of free parking, a shaded picnic table area, and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. You-pick was $2.50/lb and I think the They-pick was $3.50/lb.

My husband and I have been picking blueberries at Anderson’s for nearly 30 years. It’s a lovely family and dog friendly place. This year we spent several hours picking more than 30 pounds and paid $2 per pound. A few days later we were at Winco and discovered the price on their fresh blueberries was $1.98 per pound. The Winco berries were in great shape. Something is wrong here. We provided the labor and time to pick the berries and paid more than the price at the local grocery store.
