Bought a new Mach-E through them because Ford made me use the closest dealership. Went through three different salesperson--the last one (Cody) was great, but that was the only positive experience. Apple Car Play stopped working correctly a couple days after picking up the car and their service department put me on a 2-month wait for the "EV certified" tech. I left the car with them for almost 3 days and they still didn't get to it--and no one from the dealership proactively called to give me an update. I finally just collected the car without it ever being serviced. To top it all off, they didn't provide any information or service about filing an application for the Oregon EV rebate. When I went to file it myself, I discovered that since it had been more than 180 days from the purchase date that I am not allowed to file the application and receive the tax rebate. No wonder the dealership model is dying out.

I have to say the service writer Zach at this company is excellent at his job. His customer service is impeccable. He was thorough, kind, assertive, and you can tell he cares not only about the vehicle, but the customer concerns as well. He followed up with me next day to let me know the status on my vehicle, which put my mind at ease. I do all my vehicle business at Wilson motors, and will continue to do so when encountering employees such as Zack. What a fabulous employee you got there Wilson.

I'm giving them 2 stars because I really like the salesman who sold me the car. He also replaced the SD Navigation card for me when I realized it was missing. I want to share my experience because I just don't want anyone to be as naive as I was buying my first used car. When I drove the car home I noticed a clicking noise in the front driver's side suspension area. Thankfully I know a lot about cars and suspected the CV Joint. I called and spoke to my salesman and he said they did a full inspection and the car was clean. I have to disagree with that statement. I took it to Subaru in Corvallis. It's an Outback. They did a full inspection on it for $136. They found that NOT ONLY do I need a new CV Joint, I also need a new headlamp as it is collecting water, a new full set of breaks as the pads are worn all the way down and the Timing Cover is leaking oil and this needs replaced as well. Thankfully, the Timing and CV are covered under the Power train Warranty from Subaru. The breaks and headlamp are not. I purchased the full dealers warranty. I hope it will cover the headlamp. It's a $1000 part. Breaks $375. I am really upset mainly because I asked the salesman at Wilson if I would be safe driving the car 5000 miles round trip. He said "yes. You will be safe." Subaru said if I hadn't come to them about the CV Joint, I would definitely of had problems driving to Michigan. Mind you I drive around my 6 year old daughter as well. It just saddens me that I have had this kind of experience but I have learned my lesson.

Service department is spectacular. Sales was super helpful when I got my last Jeep. I'll be back when I'm ready to buy the next one!

I called to make an appointment. Was able to take my Jeep in early and they gave me a ride to work. They made repairs by the end of the day. Very satisfied even though my issue was not covered under warranty.
Depends on how much he is financing and how good the credit is. For instance with good credit and financing 12,000/13,000 payment could be around $220 ish. Just tell them this is what I'm looking for and this is where I need my payment
