Do not go here unless u want to get scammed. They aren’t trustworthy. 1000$ for regular ‘gingivitis’ cleaning . I know when i am getting played so and they knew i was getting mad. Took out all the extra and it became 45$ for the same clean except some wash and ‘custom’ mouth guard, which I never asked for. Go on Groupon 30-50$ for professional cleaning. I go to the dentist two times a year minimum and they all say my teeth is good. Go here and they want to get the most money out of u. U are just a number do not trust their insurance lady that explain stuff to u. Dentist are health professionals. Shame on u. If u dont have insurance go on groupon no insurance needed and 50x cheaper and more trustworthy. “We are a big company so we do everything by the books thats why the price is like that cause we get audit every year” Chill lady ur western dental with 10 locations every dentist get audited. Remember beware of the insurance quote lady and frankly the dentist . They see u as a number and has no empathy.

Garden Grove blvd location charged me for a night guard which was never received. I inquired several times about this charge and let them know I never received the night guard. They said they would follow up with me and failed to do so. Afterwards, they offered to do take another mould of my teeth but I said no since I didn’t receive the first night guard. How are they charging me for a product I never received? I cannot recommend their services.

Been going here for about a month or so and the staff were very nice and professional the 2 Dr's I seen have been great as well. On a thru I get and Asian Dr phan who is talking loud joking about how her allergies are messing with her and how she allergic to work... she complete the filling to then walk away for about 20 to 30 min leaving me in the chair waiting to get the tooth polished mind u there is 1 else waiting to be seen.... some people should be more considerate about people's feeling will not be returning to that office.... the tools are rusted still sitting here no one has came to say anything.... 35 mins go by and they come tell me I have to Reschedule To give my toothbruff which is a 15min process will not be returning

Don’t answer the phone and when they finally called back it was to late to fix my insurance issue with them and they had to cancel appointment and reschedule.
