Your police need to stop arresting kids on bikes. Officer Zeeki, ziti or what ever you call yourself. It is in my personal opinion, that you are a very week and sad little man. Most people would litter this with profanity! I would rather you live knowing that your city hates you and you can never be respected by your friend nor family. You are a very small little man and you should come to canada ! See what a real police officer acts like. I recommend that you get help for your pain and talk to someone! There are people out there who can help you. That school and the students there in, are better off with you off the perimeter. Go ride a desk rookie

Officer Phillip Costa gave us a ticket for "running a red" when it had clearly turned yellow (multiple witnesses). Do these police have nothing better to do in this town than try to meet their quota by finding reasons to give citations to low income individuals? Screw you

These officers really don't care. My close neighbors and I live across the fence from college kids. When they throw parties they throw them for hours from evening to past midnight. That is not okay when the noise can be heard by me in my room with closed windows trying to sleep. They run in my driveway, blast music, scream, chant, it sound as if they're using megaphones. There is always tons of people. I and some of my close neighbors have called the non emergency number many times and nothing is ever done about it. I am aware that there might be other calls officers are attending, but we should have enough officers to be able to get to their address in time to catch them. Again, they party for hours and they don't live far from the police department. Also I have even been told by dispatch when calling after one of my close neighbors that "an officer had already been out there and talked with them." (You might think they stopped and then started again after police left, but nope, the noise never stopped and it even got louder after the police left) Proving that these officers know that these same college kids party often, beyond a reasonable volume, passed a reasonable time, and these officers just simply don't care.

Submitted a report to the Corvallis PD months ago regarding theft that continuously happened at my house, never heard back from them. I wouldn't trust them to do anything beyond clean up car accidents.
