As always, all the staff the owners and the main guy, Edward, are so professional yet courteous. They literally have become like family they greet me with my first name when I’m in town. Breakfast is delicious, the room is beyond comfortable, and the location is perfect I can hear the waves at night. The first night I was there it was because a different hotel had an error and I needed a hotel room late at night. I was so pleased that I’ve been going there ever since. Even when I go to town to see something or visit somebody in Morro Bay I still stay up in San Simeon, just because of the comfort of this hotel. It’s also give me a refuge when I needed it and a place to bring my family as well. Simply can’t wait to return to sit on my balcony and listen to the ocean waves. Thank you Edward, staff and owner🙏 See you soon hopefully thank you again for everything!

This is a very lovely hotel. I especially enjoyed reading on the balcony facing the quiet and beautiful garden. It is a great value for the location. Nothing luxurious but it is clean and has everything you need to be comfortable. It worked perfectly for our need. The staff was very courteous. PS we were informed that the jacuzzi in our suite didn’t work but we don’t need it anyway. I actually think the room will be better off without it. It would be nice to be replaced with a desk or just leave the room with more space. The room looks a little odd with a huge jacuzzi in the middle of a bedroom.

My wife and I went on our honeymoon to San Simeon. We found The Quality Inn. Reasonably priced, we were at a stones-throw from the beach. Early February weather this year was perfect!!! During the wee hours if nightfall it got a tad bit chilly. Hence, my reason for giving this place four- instead of five-stars was the fact that the wall heater did not work in the room we reserved. After our first night's sleep, I called the front desk you report the issue. God forgive me, but I think a gentleman by the name of Edward offered to move us a few doors down. It has a huge: and when I say huge, I mean HUGE enough for a six foot-the three hundred pound heavy weight and his tiny bride, jacuzzi tub. A fireplace kept our side of the two-bedroom suite comfy. Going to feast on the daily complimentary breakfast, Edward always greeted us politely and asked if we wanted housekeeping to come spruce the room up while we were gone for the day. He was great!!! We will definitely be staying there while visiting the area!
