I am very disappointed in this dealership. I took my E-pace in for service nearly two weeks ago. The windshield was leaking. I dropped it off on a Saturday. On Wednesday I get a text from my Service Technician telling me he would give me an update in the next day or two. Friday morning I had not heard anything from him, so I sent him a text asking for an update. I never heard back from him. So Friday afternoon I call the dealership and ask to speak to him. I had to wait for him to call me back. He told me he would let me know on Tuesday or Wednesday what the status was. So today is Wednesday (late in the day) and guess what...I haven’t heard from him. So I called the dealership and the phone rang and rang and rang - no answer.... So I get in their website site and found a different number to call. So I am told he will call me later and let me know what’s going on. We’ll see... For a luxury car dealership I expected much better service.

In order to assist you with that information, our people will need for you to provide the last eight digits of the VIN of the vehicle that the radio was originally installed in. Alternatively, they can assist you with the serial number from the back of the radio.
The fuel pump relay should be located in the right hand scuttle panel located below the glove box on the passenger side.
