Flabbergasted by how rude the workers were. When they asked me questions and I answered they were short with correcting me. Their questions were in no way direct or accurate to what info they were trying to get from me and reacted to my “mistakes” with upset. Then like many others in the reviews I didn’t know they only took cash and check so I had to go across the street for the atm. As someone who has worked in customer service for 10+ years, it’s unreasonable to expect your clients to know everything you do about the environment or the workflow. Your job is to communicate and guide them thru the process not berate them for not knowing. Also not LGBTQIA+ friendly seeing as I was misgendered throughout the exchanges.

Poor customer service. Was rude to me today. Saying “didn’t you see the bell?”When the bell had been moved out of sight. It doesn’t take much more energy to just be a little bit nice at least.

Reliably the wort post office of all time. Not only are they poorly equipped with supplies, boxes and a cash only policy that is extremely inconvenient... Every single person that works there seems to have the most impatient, unhelpful, condescending attitude. I don't say that lightly. I always show up with a lot of compassion for post office workers.. and I hate to perpetuate The stereotype of the disgruntled postal worker! But seriously ....avoid this place like the plague and don't forget to bring cash!

I’m not sure how/why this is listed as an official USPS location given that that only take cash or check. Wish I’d read the reviews before showing up. Staff wasn’t especially rude but also wasn’t especially kind. The person I who started to check me out was pretty passive aggressive about how far I would have to go to another post office if I didn’t want to just go get cash. Will stick with the real USPS branch on 50th and Sandy from now on.
