My recent stay was very beneficial and needed. The staff is very caring and compassionate. I should have spent a few more days but insurance wouldn't allow. The food is excellent. The only thing I would change would be thicker mattresses.

I live over 2 hours from the facility. I did all the intake over the phone before I went to check in. I was then told I needed a medical release which I was happy to get. I was then told that I was medically excluded because I had a port which I was told would be fine over the phone. I was then told I could be detoxed at the hospital where they sent me. That was not the case. So I had to return home and detox at home I'm lucky that I have a good doctor that is willing to help. I am still afraid that I won't be able to stay clean doing it at home. This detox facility is not professional and does not give a full picture of what is medically appropriate for admittance at the facility over the phone.

The state of their billing system is poor in my opinion and the patients are unfairly paying for it with their time (anxiety) and wallet. My story is below. Seven months after being discharged I'm still waiting to speak to someone from billing. I have left multiple messages but they never call back. To say it's dysfunctional is an understatement. After discharge seven months ago on average they have sent me two bills a month. Initially they were bills showing zero owed and then it turned to $550 four months later, which I paid. After cashing my check, which I have proof from my bank that they cashed it, they keep sending me bills with a smaller balance owed and no credit that as I patient paid anything. It's sad that this is organization that is suppose to help with mental health but their billing process can create an incredible amount of anxiety because they probably have the power to send their bills to a collection agency.

To preface this, many of the reviews higher than one star have only 1-2 total reviews so I would assume they are fake to drive up their score, the others are from staff members, or are because they liked some of the staff. This place should not exist. I was completely overmedicated and they did not taper me at all, leaving me with intense withdrawal symptoms. Its impossible to see a doctor, and when you do it takes ages. They denied me treatment for my hormone defficiency and the doctor had lied about her knowledge and credibility when asking for help. They kept me for longer than necessary. They claimed to be "detoxing" me but my withdrawals were worse when I left. Im not sure if I can seek legal action but I will be talking to a lawyer. The staff were friendly doctors incompetent. Stay clear, this place should be shut down.

Absolutely NOT!!
There's two wings. One for mental health and one for detox. A lot of times they mix the two. I'd say between 30-40 beds. Possibly more. Really good staff and doctors there. They have the resources you'll need and great food. Gym, acupuncture, acupressure massages, and great therapy groups.
Fuvk you

Thank you, Haylee.
You call the records department then fill out a request form.
The average would be between seven and ten days depending on the person's clinical presentation. Many people fall outside this range though.
