Los Arboles is the best apartment complex I have lived in. Wonderful amenities, beautifully updated apartments, and you cannot beat the location and views. Corporate management of most other apartments is very impersonal and lacking, but I cannot say enough good things about the management at Los Arboles. They are always available, immediately address and fix any issues, and are just great people! The upkeep and maintenance of the property is impressive. Los Arboles is the perfect place to call home!

Los Arboles is great! We thoroughly enjoyed our time living in this apartment complex. The management team there is helpful, prompt, and organized. Any fix request we made was completed within 24 hours. Our apartment looked out over the lovely pool area, and we often kept our porch doors and windows open to enjoy the breeze coming in from the ocean. But my absolute favorite part was that you cannot beat the location - walk in one direction, and you have old town Del Mar with it's shops, restaurants, beach - walk in another direction and you are at Torrey Pines - and drive up the hill just past the 5 and you are at One Paseo and Del Mar Highlands Town Center. So great.

I lived here for several years and have nothing but positive things to say. You cannot find a better complex in this area and somehow they manage to be more affordable than the other complexes. Rent also includes internet and cable tv during my stay. Yet the going rent rate at Los Arboles is less than the other complexes and they give you more (pool, hot tub, gym, garage parking, washer and dryer in unit, internet, cable tv, online rent payment and work orders, other flexibilities such as roommates if you need one, and a friendly professional staff) The owner and maintenance team treat you like family and the property is very well maintained! The pool, pool area, and hot tub will exceed your expectations. The gym is a nice little gym with new to newer equipment. The community and neighbors are friendly and it is a peaceful complex. I relocated to another state for a permanent move to be with family. Otherwise the Los Arboles staff would’ve had to drag me out of there!! :)

I've lived at Los Arboles for nearly 3 years and have only good things to say. The location is fantastic, in easy walking distance to outstanding beaches, and with easy access to I5 and bus 101. We're down the street from a nature reserve, with outstanding views of both the reserve and the ocean from the windows and nearby cliffs, in a sleepy, walkable neighborhood. The management is fantastic. They are responsive to concerns, and treat you like neighbors more than clients. When issues come up, they get fixed, promptly, without complaint or stalling. Rents increase only minimally year-to-year, and they are constantly working to make improvements and renovations. The building shows some age in places, but again these get steadily replaced/improved. All of this comes at a price that is very reasonable by San Diego standards, especially for the coast, and *especially* for coastal Del Mar. I find it hard to believe that anything in the San Diego area beats Los Arboles at its price point.
