This is a perfect place for you to bring your dog and socialize. You can also gently introduce your furry friend to the water. Of course other dogs will be running like crazy toddlers all around you so beware. In the end you might just have so much fun you will become a regular. Oh, if you go with your dog, clean after your dog. It’s common sense but also very nice not to walk in it while smelling the ocean breeze. Right?!

We love this dog beach! There are 2 sides to it so it gives more space. My only complaint is parking can be kind of a pain. I recommend getting there early to get a good spot.

First time time back to this dog beach since returning from overseas. We had not been here in 8 years and our dog was only 1 then. It did not disappoint! She had a blast and is worn out. They’ve even added a Dog Memorial garden at the entrance that’s gorgeous. There’s still lots of volleyball courts too. This was our kids first time their too and they loved it. Lots of rocks to climb, small caves to explore, and seashells to find. Our dog had a great time and all dogs she interacted with were very nice and well behaved. There’s plenty of pay parking too and we found a spot within a few minutes of arriving on a very busy day (a sunny Sunday at noon). On an off day, I’m sure it’s even easier.
