The men’s fragrance department ladies have their preference towards customers. Judging someone based on what their wearing . Definitely is not my place to purchase a perfume.

Customer service is painful. The service desk is usually well served by nice and hard working people, Holly is great! She is always courteous, kind, and very knowledgeable. But if for some unlucky reason, they are overly busy and they offer for you to go to another register, brace yourself. You will be met by rejection and if you insist, you will be help with less than a happy sunny attitude. It is SO frustrating as a customer. It just makes the shopping experience painful.
