We just moved to Hillsboro and brought our cat to Dr. Marcus for his annual checkup. He took to her immediately and they had the best visit we can remember (and he’s 9). She was comforting, thorough and took her time.

Thank you to all the wonderful staff, technicians and veterinarians who took care of our Bella in her final two years of life. We adopted her when she was 11, and were able to give her three happy retirement years. Special thanks to Dr Katie Marcus, who took care of Bella's teeth, and to Dr Jill Palmer who took care of Bella, in her last hours, with such kindness and compassion. Cheers to the Littles and their Giant personalities! RIP 💔 Bella Boo (Jan 2007-Nov 2020)

My partner and I are new puppy owners, and we brought her into Frontier Veterinary Hospital after recommendations from family friends. I was so impressed! Check-in was easy, and the sectioned off "waiting rooms" are awesome. Loved being able to pay on the spot in the exam room, too! There's even an exit door on the side of the building so you don't have to pass by other patients in the lobby. Dr. Sheryl was knowledgeable, helpful, and great with our little one. She didn't force (immunizations, medications, etc.) anything onto us which was so appreciated. She discussed different options with us and was more than happy to answer any questions we had. So happy we chose Frontier for our puppy's care!

Very nice and clean facility. The exam room was spacious and comfortable. My cat was greeted patiently and made to feel safe throughout his exam and procedure. Everything was explained and charges were clearly stated. I felt that my cat was in safe hands.

I took my baby cat to them last August and he was very sick. They took the best care of him and he's now 13 lbs and thriving.
They tend to be pretty flexible about levels of care. However you will be hard pressed to find any vet these days that will allow a surgery without blood work, parasite screening and vaccinations. I think you will have that hurdle to cross no matter where you take your barn cat.
Hi Alberta! Unfortunately we do not treat birds at this time.
Hi Bryan, your dog needs to be seen by a veterinarian ASAP. Please give us a call at 503-648-1643 and we'll get you in for an appointment.
