DO NOT APPLY!! Girlfriend and I applied to Ravine Apartments in late July to Early August. Met with Camryn the property manager and found a 1 bedroom apartment. He said he could have it ready in a few weeks before I started my new job. We applied and everything was looking great; even called and said it's "essentially a yes but I have to wait on my supervisor". After waiting for two weeks with back and forths between calling and email; it was looking fantastic. After not hearing anything on his end we begin to reach out. Getting no response we decide to email and later find out that the apartment we have been looking at was already taken by someone else. They not only ignored our calls and emails. They made it seem like we were getting this apartment and wasted our money and time. Absolutely do not apply cause it is not worth the stress and poor service.

I work for Princeton management and live on site. It's a great community and the company really takes care of their employees and residents. They took a chance by hiring someone who's never worked in property management, and I am very grateful for this opportunity. I've been here for almost 4 years now, and I still love it! ❤️

I live at Fox Hunt Apartments. From June of 2021 to March of 2022 we went without heating and air conditioning. Our property management did nothing about this. We attempted to reach out to Princeton Management both by phone and email, we never received a response back. The operator at PMs office offered the same response every time we would call "Let me transfer you to Danielle's answering machine where you can leave a message.". Uh, really? We have called at least a dozen times and every time it's "leave a message" that is never, ever responded to. This was again the case today when I called after our AC went out again, with our apartment reaching upper 80 almost 90 degrees. My partner has asthma and could barely breathe. We went through this almost every day for the better part of the summer last year, and the beginning of spring this year. Who is running this company??? Do these people even work? It legitimately feels as if these "supervisors" are AWOL on some beach collecting a paycheck. Absolutely ridiculous.
