I purchased a golf bag that worked very well...for three months. Then, the stand started to fail. This was a Titleist bag, FYI. After researching some, I see it's a somewhat common issue. Titleist was no help, despite the bag being purchased new and only used for a few months. Carl's Golfland stepped up and helped me obtain a replacement.
