Hi Bob, if the chair is single strapping meaning one direction than the price starts at $90.00 could go up a couple dollars if there is something special that needs to be done. And if it is double strapping meaning basket weave up-down, left-right than it will start at $100.00.
They completely reupholstered 2 of our patio chairs.

No sorry, we repair used furniture we dont sell new. Hauser's patio directly behind us sells umbrella stands.
