I believe most officers are good and thank god for what they do but it’s very clear to millions of Americans that there was a cover up in the Rebecca Zahau case. She was found gagged, bound and hanging and this department wanted to call it a suicide from the beginning. Even a reporter asked one of the officials, “What more do you need?” In order to determine this a homicide. Then a civil case determined that Jonah Shacknai’s brother was involved and you still won’t reopen the case? It’s obvious that Jonah Shacknai’s wealth and connections has an influence in this department. You’re not fooling anyone.

I contacted the sheriff's department records division yesterday to obtain a copy of a recent arrest record and was informed that San Diego county sheriff's dept. policy dictates unless you obtain a court order you're not allowed access to your own arrest report without first obtaining a subpoena issued by the same court responsible for the prosecution phase. As if this weren't enough, did you know that San Diego North County Vista courthouse policy dictates that ONLY a "licensed attorney" (i.e. public defenders, etc.) can access criminal records absent an order issued by a "judge". Want proof, check out the policy pictures:

Typical sheriff department consisting of people who only pretend to be good. Bullet sponges is all they crack up to be. They're also so cheap that they looked at an ILLEGAL copy of Remember the Titans for the testers to watch instead of following true rules and just buying a copy for less than $10. Dishonesty in Shepard's clothing.

Best to call (858) 565-5200 ask when the next one is planned.
Whenever they want. They ruke.
