I’ve been coming here now for over 4 years to get my hair done. I got a text message this morning that I have an appointment tomorrow at 9am. With the lockdown happening I wasn’t even aware that they were open again because they didn’t have an outside area to move to so they were all closed just a month ago. Since their Google Business listing says they open at 10am I waited until 10am to call them, 23 hours before my appointment to let them know I wish to move my appointment. They told me because I called an hour late they wouid charge me 50% of my appointment. I explained why I had waited until 10am to call them and the lady on the phone said they can’t change their google opening times (yes you can, just claim your business and change the hours) and I should’ve heard in the news or seen on their social media they are open. What kind of an excuse is that?! I don’t follow my hairdresser on social media nor do I keep track on when they decide to close and open again. I also never received their reopening emails which I already told them 3 months ago when they said they sent me emails. If they charge for a no-show I expect them to give me an adequate heads up and not 24hours before my appointment (they have a texting system which is what I am relying on) if they’ve been closed the last couple months. If they had texted me yesterday, more than 24 hours prior I could’ve canceled yesterday. It’s a bit convenient how they sent the text out right at 24hours before the appointment. Also, every single time I have an appointment I have to wait at least 20-30minutes for it to start. I NEVER not once complained about that nor did they let me know in advance that my appointment will start late. But if I let them know an hour late about moving my appointment they want to charge me??? They just lost a loyal customer.. tomorrow will be the last time I am going there.

I had an awesome experience at this salon! My husband and I stayed in Mission Beach on our honeymoon and I was inspired to chop all of my hair off while we were there. So the day we got there I looked up salons close by and this place looked the chillest and had great reviews so I gave them a call. They were available the next day! The woman on the phone was super friendly too. When I went for my appointment they took my coat and gave me a robe and I met my stylist Liz, who is extremely down to earth and fun to talk to. She specializes in short cuts so when I told her I was ready to chop off my curls she was super excited and had so much fun with it. The cut was exactly what I was going for and I left super happy! Definitely recommend this salon.

The best. I came in for a cut and style and had Macy. It was the best haircut I’ve ever had , she is very talented! My hair is difficult to cut, and she took her time and it turned out so nice. Highly recommend Macy
