Lighting is nice, its a bit dim and makes it comfortable. The bar area looks nice, really well stocked. The food options are ok, but sort of like your run of the mill restaurant. Burgers, salads, pasta, etc, nothing really memorable on the food side. Dessert, I mean thats why you come here. The cheesecake is consistently good. If you don't mind the calorie loads, this place is good, better than Chili's or other similar restaurants that are franchise, typical American. As you can see though, 1700 calories in a slice of cake, on top of the 2500 calorie dinner or lunch. Wow. This is a good way to get diabeetus.

Was in San Diego for the first time with colleagues and went here for lunch, after waiting for an hour and half to be seated, most of us ordered pasta and I'd say 100% of us who ordered the pasta weren't satisfied at all, at first when I received my pasta it was still cold and when I asked the waiter he took it and brought it back 20 minutes after, and it was the Hardest pasta I've ever had. I hate to bite hard into the pasta strings. And I just lost my appetite and not only me but my other colleagues who ordered pasta didn't take more than 2 bites and when the waiter came to give us the check was shocked that we didn't touch the food and asked us if we needed a box ! And then we told him about how bad the food was , he only said sorry and left and didn't come back. I've had Cheesecake factory near Disneyland in Anaheim and it was a whole different experience for me and that's why I thought it'd be a good idea to invite my colleagues here for lunch. ( and I realized the reason why the pasta plates are always super hot when they bring them to you, is because the pasta has been made days or weeks prior and has been stored in the fridge or freezer and when they Re-heat it, the plate becomes super hot, in my case a lot hotter that the actual food ).

I don’t think Cheesecake Factory hires people with a culinary education anymore. I visited today and I also periodically visited in the past just to see if improvements have been made. None. I have a headache from my bang bang chicken and shrimp. I ordered curbside and ate in the mall parking lot. Lukewarm. Food must have been sitting. The food that comes out of Cheesecake Factory makes me think health and safety should review their food handling methods. Friars rd and the downtown harbor location.

Just went back here again after several years or so. Most everything seems about the same except for the food. Decor, ambiance, service, the set-up… But, the food seems to be less volume and just didn’t seem as flavorful or as generous as my last time here. The Bang-Bang Chicken and Shrimp was a favorite so I ordered it. But it was kinda disappointing. As my sister asked, Where’s the “bang?” There wasn’t any. Being a Thai dish, you expect some heat, spicy-ness, strong flavors, etc. It wasn’t bad, just underwhelming. Not what it was years ago. I know I can’t generalize that all the food quality isn’t as good as back then. The Thai Lettuce Wraps were pretty tasty, maybe a little less volume. The sauces are still good. But, my favorite of the dinner was the Crispy Brussels Sprouts! This is a real winner. It’s got this gentle crispness with a salty crunch that melts in your mouth. Kind’ve a sweet n salty tease. I wanted to eat the whole thing, but I had to share it with my sisters! It’s a must appetizer. I was surprised to drive up and find it was just as hard to find parking as before. There’s still a crowd, even w/ Covid! Definitely wanna get reservations the day or hours before your arrival. This restaurant and the nearby venues are still bustling w/ plenty of patrons on a Sunday late afternoon.

Hello! The Cheesecake Factory recently started doing reservations for parties up to 6 people. Parties of 7 or larger are still quoted a waiting time upon arrival 😁

I am not sure.
They have an order online, pull up and pick it up in the back! Love it!! Super easy and convenient
Of course you do. No one one would walk into a restaurant with 50 people without a reservation.
You don't have to order a whole cheesecake you could order a slice and usually there are all kinds but I'm sure this is not heaven Always everything there and ready
It is not so expensive, it depends on your tastes, but you could be spending 20 or 30 dlls per adult, with a single dish and refill, as the dishes are very well served.
No prior booking is accepted at cheesecake factory restaurant. first come first served is their adapted policy
