I called to confirm their hours, showed up before the stated closing time of 5:30 - I was there at 5:20, and they were closed. A woman came to the door with an absolutely disgusted look on her face, and tone to match, telling me they were closed, and it was after 5:30. Even if I was wrong, I will never shop at a store that cannot dredge up a little courtesy for a customer. Edited to add, after owner response: I understand closing early, I don't understand being harsh to someone trying to shop there during business hours.

These ladies know their sh!t, we started a small family bake-goods shop and I went in to get a feel for pricing and products and I did not expect to be not only guided around the store to find everything I needed, but given helpful tips and tricks by the ladies working that day. They are kind, passionate, AND they offer classes!! I STRONGLY encourage you to stop in before looking on Amazon!! I’m sure I’ll be back in for classes and supplies soon.

Fantastic selection and both of the ladies on staff were super helpful and nice. I was able to easily find the coloring I needed and then found great deals on sprinkles and chocolate on my way out. It's so hard to find a dedicated cake shop, happy this exists :) This was my first time in but I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Hi Cathy, Thanks for your question. I'm assuming you're asking about Instant ClearGel to stabilize whipping cream. The recipe is 1 cup whipping cream whipped almost completely. Add 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon Instant Clear Gel. Continue whipping until stiff. Flavor as desired.
