everything is delicious. the pastries, bakery items, and coffee are 😗🤌. the sandwiches are consistently well constructed. they don't salt anything tho, but it's good enough that I don't mind salting it myself and it seems like that's their intention. I'm a repeat customer now. I hard disagree with places not salting anything but if it's good and they keep salt out for those of us with taste 🙈 I can forgive

Lovejoy Bakers is one place I'll miss not being able to walk to, now that I don't live in downtown Portland. Their ginger biscuits are out of this world delicious. If you're visiting, stop here for a coffee and breakfast sandwich, then walk over to Tanner Springs Park and enjoy your morning.

Ok! Some great stuff, some OK. I’m pretty sure the almond croissant is just puff pastry turned in half with almond paste in the center VS a twice baked croissant. Vegan loaf was excellent, biscuit was Ok. Coffee was awesome. Nice people. Indoor space still closed but of course awesome space and parks in the neighborhood.

Friendly staff, nice coffee. Food standards were pitiful, breakfast burrito was more tortilla than filling and egg ciabatta was missing blue cheese, 3 pieces of wilted lettuce inside and a single, unseasoned egg inside. For a $30 breakfast I would expect a whole lot more.
