My stay at the Sofitel was exceptional and over met the expectations I had. Staff was wonderful and accommodating, super responsive with any need that we may have had. The room was spacious and clean with a nice little view of the city. Breakfast was amazing and they even accommodated us with a little later checkout. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in Philly !

Positive: The room was clean, bed was very comfortable. We had a very pleasant experience and will be visiting again. Breakfast was amazing & delicious. Loved the stand up shower and the bath tub. Very nice. Everyone was respectful and professional. Negative: The view and that they wanted to charge everything to the room.

Sally and Weni have been wonderful with communication. I would endorse some quality review with cleanliness. Otherwise I love the hotel. Perfect location, bed and shower. It's been quiet for me. Ask for a fridge if you need one; the one in the room has sensors. I'd stay again.
