*UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW* The service staff is friendly and informative and most jobs are finished in a timely manner. I greatly appreciate that unlike most dealerships I’m not insulated from the technicians working on my vehicle. The service advisors actually encourage communication with the technicians to explain issues and allow them to explain specific observations and services performed. A technician shortage seems to add a bit of extra delay to more complex work orders, but nothing unreasonable that you won’t see at allot of shops right now. While I’m still not fond of going through the call center to talk to anyone, regardless of weather or not you have a direct number. It does seem to be running smoother than when first implemented. Long and short of it, Denton seems to have really good people and a solid service center but if you're trying to get in contact it may be easier to just stop in.

I was looking for the hard to find 2022 Ford Maverick. Betsy at Preston Ford did her do diligence to find me what I was looking for. Even though I eventually found a Maverick else where I would still purchase another Maverick at Preston Ford with Betsy's help in the near furture.
