Fabulous location for centre city. Booked a room and was upgraded to a suite. Real spacious room. Using sofa bed in couch as 3rd bed and cannot beat it. Breakfast buffet is a bit pricey but worth the value. Kitchenette is fully stocked. Centrally located to all locations on Broad street. Will definitely book again when I visit Philadelphia again.

Positive: The room was nice. It¿s easy to check in. Tv is a nice size. Towels and sheets were clean and the beds were comfortable. The concierge both days we were there who was checking bags was incredibly nice and friendly. Negative: Only 3 soda machines in entire hotel No Netflix or streaming available Not the best wifi Rude front desk. 3 towels provided and a fourth was never delivered Alarms in unoccupied neighboring rooms went off in the morning for over 30 min waking us

This hotel was okay but the location was great! The neighborhood is friendly and everything you need is within walking distance. Philly’s Walk of Fame gave us SO much knowledge on this very short trip. We found a food shop nearby and the owner wad kind and generous. The staff at the hotel was super-helpful and kind. Would definitely return.

1st I'm a Diamond member, my room was upgraded to a suite. This was my 1st time at this location. The room was a king bed suite. It was amazing! Full sitting area and kitchen with a spacious bathroom. Due to staffing shortages, you have to request house keeping when you check in. I had a issue with the shower head but the service was quick to fix the issue. Most of the staff were friendly. However the bar staff could use some training on how to talk to people and how not to be passive when something needs to be addressed like patrons bringing in outside food and ordering a drink and then being asked to leave for the outside food. Finally, I was here for a conference. The meeting rooms were great as were the support staff who were prompt and make sure everything was in order. The location has homeless people at the bottom of the stairs that lead to the subway on the Locust street side. I would use caution when exploring, especially as night falls.

You can if your room is available (housekeeping has cleaned your room). They try to help you if they can.
Parking is available at an attached public garage with self-parking for $30 (overnight) or valet for $44 (overnight). Parking fees are inclusive of the Philadelphia parking tax. Guests are able to stay until midnight the day of checkout without incurring any additional parking fees. Hope this helps!

The DoubleTree is about three miles North of the ballpark and is easily accessible via the Orange Broad Street Line of the subway which ends/begins in front of the Stadium.
Hi Steve, When viewing rooms on our website (philadelphia.doubletree.com), please look under the Suites section for rooms that mention "kitchenette" in the name. There you'll be able to search by the date of your visit to see availability and pricing.
