I really like staying at this location as it's conveniently located. The service is always friendly and the rooms are a good size. My chief complaint was the shower. For such a large bathroom and room, they could have configured it differently and made a bigger shower. Love the free breakfast and never had any service issues.

I don't even know where to start with this review. THE HOTEL WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION when I stayed the week of March 21, 2022, and the lobby was in complete disarray. I understand there will be growing pains during times like this, so it wasn't a big deal. What was a big deal was that the hotel had families living on each hotel floor. For example, on the 15th floor where I stayed, a family occupies two rooms at the end of the hall. All day and night, I could hear the kids running up and down the hallway. The family would keep their doors propped open and then let the door slam onto the door latch. ALL DAY! The hotel must be using space as part of a government program, which I guess I can understand, but why not put all of those families with young kids on the same floor. When I am paying $200+ a night, I do not expect to feel like I am staying at a youth hostel. I vow never to have my company stay at this hotel again during a trade show.

The rooms are average and could use a little TLC. However, the location is amazing and central to all the great touristy sites of Philly. Even better than the location, is the service. Outstanding and much better than higher rated hotels I've stayed. We came in extremely early from a red flight; they found us a room. We needed to check out late because of late flight; they allowed us to stay late. Excellent service without making it seem like a big deal.

Lobby is under construction and rooms were very dated. Cabinets were painted, chipped and the floor very clearly was missing underlay as there was very noticably holes underneath. Carpets weren't vacuumed well, toilet ran and hallways were worn. For 3 nights all they gave was two bath towels for two adults. Valet was expensive though we knew about this expense. Valet staff was very welcoming. My husband ate the breakfast, I did not so can't comment on that. We needed to use the business center to print boarded passes and alas the printer did not work. When we needed extra towels and paper towels the items were brought to our room very quickly. Downtown location was convenient and just a tad bit noisy at times but we brought a fan to drown it out. Not sure I would stay again unless the rooms were renovated.

No, unfortunately there is no pool! They have a workout center, laundry center, complimentary breakfast, business and conference areas.
