Not only the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but the most expensive and worst hotel I've ever stayed in. $300+ a night for a room with no microwave or mini fridge?? AND I have to pay for breakfast separately??! On top of that, the wait staff in the bar/restaurant looks and performs as though the hotel manager literally pulled them off the street, dress them up in a disshelved white shirt, vest, and clip on bowtie to go out and TELL people what they did or didn't order rather than simply take orders??!!!Awful. There wasn't a night my group was there that someone (in or out of our group) wasn't at the front desk complaining about someone or something terrible. Worst. Hotel. Expert. Ever.

The room was nice. However, the hand held shower didn't work and there's a rust stain around the grip bar in the tub shower. I didn't use the bathrobe but it looked nice (it was not there the last time I stayed in another room at the Westin). The water cup leaked when I poured water into it. Bed was soft and comfortable.

We arrived and were granted an early check in after driving all night so that was a plus. Staff brought towels and TP when we called right away. Staff very friendly and accommodating. It was noisy (outside) people singing LOUDLY with a microphone in the courtyard early in the AM on a weekend. We were woken up by guests in the hotel fighting and what sounded like throwing things at 2am, hotel staff responded quickly to it once notified of it. Dirty towel (visibly) hanging in the bathroom behind the door when we arrived. I always wipe surfaces of the room down with Lysol, that too was surprisingly dirty. Old coffee pod left in kureg, loved that they had real creamer for the coffee. Bed was very comfortable.

Worst staying ever. I arrived after a 20 hour travel from Europe and went straight to my bed. In the morning when I woke up I realized that the shower did not work (no water) the toilet was dirty, the safe did not work, there was no coffee despite the presence of a coffee machine. I signaled that to the desk and went to take my breakfast. They assured me that the shower was repaired. I went thus to take my much-wanted shower: the water was cold. I took it all the same since I really needed it, but I had to wait till the afternoon to have a warm shower. The safe was also repaired. I then asked to change the room since there were the fans of the near mall that woke me up at 6 in the morning (but I did not realize it the first morning, too tired). So if you want to sleep till after 6AM avoid rooms with odd numbers. The lobby proposed as compensation to give me 10000 points, which I have no use of, or a complimentary breakfast, which I already had since I was taking part in an event that offered it. No other kind of compensation was offered to me. I travel a lot and I never experienced such a bad service from a hotel of such a category (or supposed so). And here I do not even speak about the fact that room service was not done because of COVID: that I can understand; the rest I cannot. Never again Westin Philadelphia. ----- POST-REVIEW EDIT----- For completeness I have to say that after my review I was contacted by the hotel and they reimbursed me the first night of my stay.

Self parking at The Westin is in the garage under the hotel.
There is no electric vehicle charging available. But it's downtown so I'm sure they can direct you to one.
Not that I'm aware of.
They have their own parking structure there and also valet parking, the streets are really busy I don't know how hard it would be to find outside parking.
Yes there is, if not mistaken it's free
They have a parking deck on site. You can select Valet or personal park.
They have them. Request it on your reservation or when you check in.
Westin costs more but they allow unlimited in/out. Neighboring parking charges per entry.
