I love this store. I’m horrible about getting returns in so I always bring them this huge bag of stuff, from multiple orders, and they are ALWAYS so courteous and helpful. This isn’t usually my experience with other stores so it is very much appreciated. Plus, the store is always clean, organized and stocked and the employees are friendly.

The worst employees! Every time I walk into this Ulta there will be employees standing around the cash register just staring at you and they don't greet you or welcome you in. It's just rude and everyone is very unhelpful. I feel so uncomfortable shopping at this location bc even when I do need help finding something it seems like no one wants to, so I feel bad even asking. I love Ulta so it's really disappointing and I usually walk out of this one empty handed bc I feel uncomfortable even shopping at this location.

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I made a purchase two weeks ago, I thought the receipt would go to my email since I have an Ulta account, I never received the receipt on my email and neither a printed one. Ok, I went back a week later to return some items and told them that I never received any form of receipt, they told me that I should contact Costumer service and have them pull up my receipt and send to me. I contacted costumer service by phone, they sent me an email assuring that I should go back to the store and they should be able to pull up the information using the same credit card I used to buy the products. I went back to the store (45 minutes drive) and they did not accept the products back, they didn’t even try to use my credit card to get the information. The lady called the manager and he was extremely rude, he yelled at me saying that without a receipt I couldn’t do anything and they’re clearly annoyed by the fact that I’m not a native English speaker and they had to ask to repeat some of the words. They never gave me a receipt and they treat me like that. It was very humiliating. I have never seen a place treat the costumers as this, almost every single store in the us accept the products back using the credit card and Ulta simply can’t even though they never gave me any receipt.

First, I am transgender and I felt safe and supported shopping here. I worked with a customer associate named Dena and she was knowledgeable, kind, and an extremely good teacher. She took me through what I had been doing then walked me through products that would work with my fair Scottish skin. I highly recommend going to this store to get your beauty supplies but more importantly to be informed about the products and what may work best for you. Dena get's high praise as I felt comfortable talking with her which has been tough for me. Thanks again for a great experience.
