Considering this is a national chain located at a mall alongside the likes of Cheesecake Factory, the experience was as expected. The food was better than Olive Garden and Carraba's, but not as good as Brio Tuscan Grille or Buca di Beppo. Obviously places like Caffe Luna, Vic's, Amadeos, etc are quite a bit better. That being said, if you're out at the mall and want a decent meal before a movie or something, this Maggiano's location will do the trick for you. The bread was very fresh, and I liked being able to dish my own olive oil/pepper bowl. Both entrees were good, service was quick and friendly, and the decor was comfortable.

Although a chain, Maggianos consistently offers great service and excellent food. My husband loves their baked ziti and I love their carbonara or the chicken piccata. Pro tip: for just $5 you can get a pasta to take home and the portion is enough for two more meals 🤣

The place is identical to a traditional Italian trattoria, very well decorated. The food is truly delicious. The prices are quite affordable. Perhaps the only but I would have is that despite the fact that the service is good it is veeeery slow. But in general terms the experience was very good.

We really liked eating at Maggiano's in Durham NC! The food was delicious, with generous portion sizes for the price and our server Chelsea was awesome. We ordered the Garlic Bread, Chicken Alfredo, and Baked Ziti. Dessert was the Apple Crostada. We did the Meal for 2, which seemed a really nice deal. The most important question: did either of us yummy giggle? I actually did have a small giggle! The sauce and the chicken in my Alfredo were DELICIOUS! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (fantastic) Cost: $25 each Kid-friendly: Italian food is usually kid friendly Onto the review! Our meal started with complimentary and VERY yummy fresh bread slices, which Chelsea knew to not being more since we had ordered garlic bread. While the GB had more melted cheese than I cared for, I loved the flavor of it! And it looked fabulous! Jason ordered the Baked Ziti. It could have used a little more baking, but otherwise it was really good! He also would have liked a spicy sausage instead of plain, but he still enjoyed eating it (and the leftovers!) My Chicken Alfredo was honestly the best I have ever had. The sauce alone was so good. The chicken was tender and seasoned throughout. Yummy! The Apple Costrada was a delicious apple pie-like dessert. We had to take it to go (running late to the movie) but baking in the oven didn't ruin it at all. Which, side note, the leftover boxes for Maggiano's are awesome! Aluminum containers with instructions on the lid how to rebake. Overall... great price for great food and a great time. Thanks Maggiano's!

You have to wear a mask, staff wear a mask the entire time and they are working on limit capacity as well, as to not over crowd restaurant to avoid long wait may be best to make reservations
No delivery service only pick up. You may want to call a seperate pick up deliver service if you want some food. Uber eats does this.
Yes and it is wonderful
