Clean store. No line. Cashier not great at sharing steps to use loyalty program, had to suggest it myself and then wouldn't work without wifi but that was not shared until after app wouldn't work.

This has become my favorite clothing store! Love the clothes and the styles. The fit is perfect for me. In my case, I'm a small. I know by experience that I can buy any shirt, sweater, jacket in the store and know that it will fit me to a T. The prices are really great as well. Highly recommend H & M. Great store!

I wish I could give this place a 0. The most horrible customer service I have ever received. The employee there (had a Caribbean accent) treated me as though I was stealing from the store and when I went in the changing room to put a pair of pants up for my friend- started knocking on the changing room door and tried to open it. As an African American female I felt directly targeted. When I confronted her asking about this behavior, she called the manager and acted as though she had not been treating me rudely and as if I was the one acting unreasonably. I usually don’t leave comments but this was quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. Someone needs to address about this.
