I must have went on a crowded day because this place was packed.... The only checkout line that was open had already 30 people in line ... The workers were running around cleaning up after people who just throw items on the ground after looking at them and children running around with no supervision.... I started to have anxiety because of the noise from kids screaming and people trying to talk over the noise... I hated everything about being in this store and if it weren't for the fact my brother needed to buy something I would have left completely...I will not be returning for any reason.... Oh and once we got back home and my brother actually was able to put on the shirt, it was ripped!!!!!!!! I mean come on, ripped!!!! I didn't notice it either but once the shirt is on it's very noticeable... I told him chalk it up to a lesson learned... Never buy clothing from a play ground....

Cashiers never lift their heads up long enough to check the line. Employees are usually unwilling to help. I've actually waited a few months to write this review to give them a chance. Very poor customer service!

I have never worked with two people who has no experience in Customer Service, Bobbie Wooten is the Store Manager. In my 22 to 23 years in management. Customer Service is number one. He is aloft half the time and arrogant most of the time . I was asked on various occasions if he is the manager and why is he so rude. If you spoke to Bobbie about any concerns about the job, he would just give a lame excuse. I was hired in October of last year. During my interview I stated to Bobbie and Renee who is the Assist Manager that I could not work on Sundays. Now Renee is in charge of our biweekly schedule. Sunday is my son Justin’s day, we spend family time. If there is ever an audit on wasted miss used time: look at our Bi weekly schedule for Ross. I was scheduled every Sunday. Time and time again I was scheduled for Sunday. This store has a great staff, my ex teammates were great Ms. Adela is a great Supervisor. The morale is great when working with Ms. Adela. Morale plays a big part in a Workplace.
