Amazing room!!! The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows!! Everything was clean and tidy. The room we stayed in had a kitchen and supplies us with everything!! Slept so well!! They let us bring our pup and she enjoyed it too!!

My landlord had to put us in the hotel due to my ac being out. The room looked clean. My son had to sleep on the sofa bed, which did not have no sheets. When we looked under the mattress, it was full of crumbs and other Debris. The Mattress did not have a mattress pad and had stains like juice. I went down stairs and let the lady at front desk know. The manger and the other lady came up stairs clean the bed and put sheets on. We had to leave in the middle of the morning 12 something am because the couch had bed bugs. My son came and got me. I went down stairs again and it was the night shift, and she could not get in touch with the manager or anyone and did not have another room to put us in. We ending up leaving that hotel and my son’s clothes were left also. Long story short we got the run around about the problem. Glad I got video and pictures.

Positive: It was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Negative: I wish they would have had the breakfast. I know we have been in a pandemic for 2 years but it's not going away. We all have to take extra precautions from this point forward. Other that that we were well pleased.

Staff was the only good thing at this hotel. Very friendly service Water barely got warm and there was a horrible odor Beds uncomfortable and room very outdated Room did not look or feel clean
