The family has been going to Blue Bend for generations. Many wonderful memories with campsites along Anthony Creek. Great place for fishing swimming, tubing and hiking. The showers and flush toilets 🚻 were a nice upgrade after decades of rustic accommodations. A great place to "get away'‼️

I've camped at. A LOT of different camp grounds. And this one was my favorite 😍 the swimming was beautiful and clear. Also had a shallow end for the little kids. It was clean and quiet and everyone was So niiiiceeeee. Yvonne ? I think her name was. She was the host of the camp and came over to give my kids some cute Yogi the bear toys. So kid friendly!

Went to the blue bend swimming hole here and had so much fun! Definitely a family spot. The water is a little cold and I'd advise to bring river shoes because the rocks are rough on the feet but besides that it's nice!

Yes they are waters usually a bit shallow but have to be careful when it rains.
The ranger said it will be open until Oct...
My step-dad is down there now and I'm pretty sure he said you can reserve. Its pretty much like she said first come first serve but there wasn't a lot of people there unless you want a power unit then they were all taken
