I would never consider a permanent sight here. The place is run down and there are a lot of trailer trash there. There's trailers covered with tarps, junk cars and the main office is a pig sty

Yes they have primitive camping areas

Not a good place. Owner does not care. Go somewhere else if you can.

U can fish, boat, and swim. Fish in any of the lakes,boat inthe river(your own boat), and i would suggest swimming in the lake that you pass at the entrance.(no lifegaurds on duty anywhere at anytime) There is a place for tents.

How much is the rate

Talk to someone in the office! They will gladly take in help when we need it

IDK but lot rent is like 550 a months they don't do backgrounds on people
