Great management! Recently had an issue with a package not being delivered. I called this location and spoke to the manager Rocio who went ABOVE AND BEYOND and helped get my package delivered! She is very professional and does an amazing job. I am happy yorkville has such a outstanding employee that is willing to do more than what is required to help customers!! High praise, very happy!!!

Worst service I ever had at a UPS store. They require a mask to do business and when you tell them you don't wear them they refuse to do anything for you. I am vaccinated and I am a sinus cancer patient and can't have my breathing restricted. They don't care about your personal situation, just tell you it's a state mandate. Then they tell you to drive a half hour to the UPS store in the next town THAT DOESN'T REQUIRE MASKS! We have lost our minds and need to refuse these worthless mandates. I'll never use the UPS store in Yorkville again.

The Young Woman Who Helped Me, Jessie, Was Very Sweet. Amazon Did Not Send Me The Right Papers And They Were Trying To Charge Me $10 To Do A Return, But She Told Me There Was A Way To Do It For Free. Sheevenwent out in the freezing cold all the Way To My Car So she Could Carry my heavy package inside for me since I said I was struggling. There Was A Bit Of A Line, so I waited to the side while I called Amazon and when they finally sent me my label, she helped me print them out and she even taped up my box for free. I Am not the biggest fan of the new manager here. She is not horrible By Any Means, But she always seems like she has something better to do than help her employees with the customers so the line isn’t out the door, and everyone has to wait forever which really irks me. But That Might Be Because I Am old and impatient LOOL. Despite this, I still drive out of my way to come here because the handful of young women are the most helpful out of all the UPS and shipping stores I’ve been to, so It Is Still Five Stars. i dont understand whats going on in that store but the other day i came in and there was only one girl working with a line that was wrapped around the store! I waited like 20 mins before i decided to leave. then i came back the next day and there were two girls and i thought oh thank god! but then only one girl was helping the customers!!! the black haired lady was wandering around the store doing who knows what! this is ridiculous!! get your act together and dont make us wait for 20 mins just to be helped!!!
