We will definitely be back. Very nice campground with new shower and restroom facilities. Very nice primitive section. Full hook-up lots are pretty flat/level. Some driving lanes need regraveled as there are a lot of pot holes. Just pick a cleaner lane to head down if you can. There is little to no shade, if that is important to you. One premium section has some smaller trees. Friendly staff!

Terrible experience for the second year in a row! Stayed at the pond house again the water still smelled like sewage coming out of the tap. Complained to the staff and was told it would be fixed and wasn’t!! Left a day early because the ladies in the group refused to shower in the water. Stopped at the office upon leaving to explain to the staff why. Asked for the owner to contact us about the uncomfortable experience no response! I have texted no response!! Sad to pay over a thousand dollars to stay and have to bathe in smelly bacteria filled water!!

Staff were nice and answered all questions, they were very polite yet maintaining a gentle firm way to help follow the rules. This place is safe providing the rules are followed and you use common sense. Very clean cabins with the needed amenities. I recommend this establishment to those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle to enjoy yourself and relax.

Very clean and well kept campground. Primitive sites were exactly what I expected and not over crowded. Could use larger bathroom facilities though, and if you don’t already, make sure you bring flip flops to shower in!
