Depending on what you want, Black and White or Color, and the time. They normally charge by the hour, as most tattoo places do. You would have to ask your specific artist their rate.
I dont work there just a customer but they are very reasonably priced especially for what all your getting. Experience/comfort/ overall environment.
Everyone there is friendly and usually keeps their word. Best thing to do is set your appointment up and ask him to do your cover up for the $150 pricing. At worse you two will negotiate at a little bit higher of a price, but honestly if he's good at cover-ups he's worth a few dollars extra. Good luck!!
