After my mother was having trouble walking bc of disoriented and confusion we took her to the local hospital and after several hours she was released and told me and my brother to follow up with her primary care doctor and specifically her Neurology Dr. After calling her primary Dr. McGee i called her primary Neurology Dr. SMITH to set up a appointment, Dr. Smith refused to see her before her 6mo follow up appointment SMH this office is a disgrace and is the apitmy of our broken health care system. I will never go back or call them again its obvious they can care less about their patients and probably can't wait for the wkn!!!

Rude staff, impossible to get an appointment in a reasonable time, will only see new patients at 8 AM even when the problem is not being able to get awake in the morning.

I’ve been trying to make an appointment with this place for a week now. Every time I talk to one of the staff they have a nasty attitude and act as if they don’t want to be there. The staff also makes it hard for you to make an appointment because they don’t accept fax referrals which doesn’t make any sense to me. Overall has not been a great experience and I would not recommend this place.

They canceled appointment for overbooking after I had a mini stroke and was unable to tell me what was on my MRI I had to use another neurologist to find out the information if you’re wanting quick information this is not the place for you. It’s your health care. Be your own advocate and demand answers. You have the authority to wanna know the results of test they took.
