They consistently toss my packages into the empty lot next to my house, or illegally put them in my USPS mailbox. They always mark the packages as delivered to "front door" or "front porch" despite not actually doing so. Multiple complaints to FedEx themselves and the BBB have not resolved it. Terrible company staffed by incompetent people. My mail lady is fed up with it too!

the FedEx carrier lady, she always chatting too much with unrelated subjects to her job And throwing the packages 📦 outside the driveway not even at the house door.( maybe they change some or the associates this was the experience with one she delivers to our house in Tarboro 27886, (No offense to her or the company or a brother or sister amigos and senoritas.. they need to improve the service more .. this some of the packages 📦 labels and will Post the packages pictures.. our Local Post office doing excellent👏 Job to the Community. Also UPS. Amazing services. Thx for the POOREST SERVICES . FEDEX .👎.

Dropped off a box to be sent back to Amazon in March. Been waiting for Amazon to get it so my grandson can get a refund. The man that came to gate to get it said we'll take care of it. Never gave my husband anything . Amazon says they haven't got it. Went back to FedEx they say they need a tracking number and Amazon says the same thing. Now we are out of $160. Not very happy over this situation.
