By far the worse service of anywhere I have ever been. The doctors are great. The supporting staff are a joke. You can get absolutely no help with anything. The answer is always "Let me send you to the voicemail." Stay very far away.

Even when you have insurance they try to charge you as a cash patient and when you have to go out of your way to prove you have insurance they deny it. Have had they same insurance for years and for the few years of going there nothing changed so why try to gas light patients that are already there for their mental health. Front desk people are rude, roll their eyes and .are fun of patients. Don't they realize they are a mental health facility? They are unwilling to admit they might of made a mistake. Run from this place.

Been here two years with a family member and though not perfect have had little problems with this office. I have been very pleased so far

My college student loves this place. They always fit her right in when it was urgent and the receptionist is ALWAYS so helpful and friendly with scheduling, billing and even helping get the correct doctor when they had a change in practice
